We talk occasionally and he jokes around and sometimes smiles by me. He also doesn't make jokes about me and is ok if I stand/sit next to him.

Nope, he just seems to be your buddy. If he did like you,he would flirt with you or call you hot, or something like that. Maybe you should ask him and if you like him, just talk a lot more with him and eventually you two might be more than just friends.

i think hes a good friend. is he always hangs aroung you a lot, then he might have stronger feelings.
