For all those that read the earlier alert on my daughter. I am not joking. The case worker will not put her on the national Amber alert. That's their way. She was in Oklahoma and I'm in North Carolina. I am trying to get her out of the system. It's her dad that got her in it (not with him any more). I did call him and there isn't any answers. She is 4'9 to 5'0. blonde hair shoulder length, blue eyes, is about 95 lbs and age 14. Loves the color blue. last seen in Ponca City.

This is another avenue of getting others attention of others to keep their eyes peeled. I don't want her out of the Amber alert, I have called the police, but beings I am not her legal gardian, I have no authority in this situation. I also have called the news, but they have to have a police report on the matter. Please help me find her!!! I am out there searching. I was told to go home and wait for her while the reat of the family searchs. I decided not to do nothing, but this is a way to get out there while waiting.

she did not run from her dad, but from the DHS custody. In which was her dad's fault she was in there and nobody is doing a thing. That is why I need your help!!! I think she went to her dad's and I cannot get a hold of them, he has a court order not to be around her.

Sometimes it goes by how long she has been missing and her age believe it or not. When my sister ran away when she was 15, they wouldn't start looking for her until after 24 hours. Call your local T.V. news.
Good luck, I hope you find her.

Not quite sure I understand this situation. I see it as your daughter who lives with her Dad in Ok.is missing and you live in NC. Is she is under the Amber Alert in Ok then shes under the US Amber Alert as it is nation wide. If Dad is the legal guardian then there is no problem here and allpolice depts are doing what they can for her. You just need to remain calm as humanly possible under these conditions as the police dont need anyone to make this situation worse and you dont need to try and implicate any family members and try to find whose fault it is. There is time enough later for this but the most important thing now is to find your daughter. The Amber Alert is real good in getting the info out there and has apretty good success rate from what Ive heard. So sit tight by the phone in case she calls you and let the system do its job. Theres many scenarios that could be in effect here, and she may have simply runaway from Dad in which thats going to be hard to find her if she doesnt want to be found. You and yours are in our prayers and pray for the best outcome here

Yes, I got that text too. I live in a small town 20 minutes east of Mankato and I was actually in Mankato Wednesday morning to get my car fixed, and I went to the cities shopping with my mom when I received the text message from one of my friends. And I was like Omg! Is this real? But I didn't pass it on to people, due to the fact I didn't know if this was fake or not, and we were listening to the radio, so we figured they would cover it, if it were real. Also, as someone else stated Minnesota license plates are 3 letters and 3 numbers. =]

I copied and pasted the first one you put here. I have frriends in several states. They have friends in several states, etc. it will get around to quite a few fast. My prayers are with you.
I would contact police ASAP. There must be something they can do. ALSO an attorney to deal with the social worker. THEN I would beat the crap outta her.(social worker)
If you have a pic, send it to me...doconner5505@comcast.net

Have you tried going to the police department in your city & presented them with your situation? If they can't help, find a good lawyer. Good luck & I hope your daughter & you are reunited real soon. This is where your faith comes in. Be strong & never give up hope.

I did not read your last question, but that is incredible that they wouldn't do that. Have you called any major news? They may be willing to expose it and thus you getting recognition with a pic of your daughter or something?
