My gf is a is a depressive alcoholic and pesters me all the time that I do not spend enough time with her and lust after other women. It is true that I am busy - working, doing my doctorate and maintaining my home, but every spare moment I have is with her.

When she is being like this it is horrid, all she does is cry and bleat at me, yet when she is happy it's the best relationship I have ever had. I haven't had many as I am not much to look at and have OCD

Maybe you should speak to her about seeing someone, ring around local community centres for free/discounted counselling etc. It sounds like she has issues with parts of her life and she is dealing with them by abusing alcohol and transferring her anger/frustration onto you. Though before you speak to her about counselling, maybe take her to see a local GP and get their opinion on what would be best, meds or counselling etc.

You should try to talk her into getting some help with her drinking problem. Drinking can make people act crazy. Maybe if the drinking stopped, the rest would fix itself.
