Because parents have MORE LIFE EXPERIENCES than kids do & if they say you have to break up with someone, it's because of THEIR past experience of how that boy might end up treating you bad. Even if you don't see it, yet!! Be glad that you have parents THAT CARE ENOUGH to WANT to PROTECT YOU!!

I've realized they're just looking out for us, sometimes they can see what we can't bc we're blinded by charm and what not. And oddly enough, parents and older brothers are usually right. So saaaad I know...but now I'm with a guy that my rents approve and actually he's so much better than all those other losers I dated!

Its good thing to have parents eyes on you especially when you're in the teens.
That's actually shows they care for you although you may not like it. If they're friendly type to you and if they advice against someone, just follow.
I am sure they have some good reasons for that.
