I met this girl a little over a year ago (I was 19 at the time and she was 17, still in High School, now I'm 20 and she's 18), we met because we were dance partners in one of my cousins party. I really didn't have strong feelings for her at first, but the more times I would see her at rehearsal my feelings became stronger. I found her on myspace telling her that I really liked her, (I didn't tell her in person because of our age differences, I feel like an *** now for not telling her in person or at least over the phone) but in return she told me she was "talking" to someone at the time, she told me I was a great guy and all. The last time I saw her was 7 months ago when she invited me to a graduation party she had. We didn't talk at all because a lot of her family and friends were there and she had to attend to them all the time. I sent her 2 messages on myspace during a span of 7 months (they weren't back to back, one in June and one in January) trying to ask her out, but I got no responses. I think she's shy or at least I hope she is, but she is still available. I don't have her number and I feel so stupid to even ask her for it now over mypspace, since I feel like I messed up big time and her thinking I'm an idiot, gosh I feel so bad right now, what can I do to clean this mess I made ? Any good advice would be greatly appreciated.

since the only way to get her phone number is over myspace, you should go for it
and i dont see this as a screw up! whyd u think u screw up? u havent screwed up....
its perfectly ok to tell her that u like her through my space she'll understand once u explain that u have no other way to reach her....
and the age thing is not a big deal, im a junior in high school and my bf is 21[senior-university] nobody cares about the age diff anymore....
she probably didnt reply u back, cuz' she might have thought ur just playing around trying to ask her out through myspace, [if she doesnt know that u have no other way to contact her].....
plus, girls think the guy will find SOME way to contact her if he likes her.... and she probably didnt expect u to contact her through myspace.... [cuz' thats a bit out of the usual ways :D] so, just ask her for her phone number straight out! then call her, and ask her out.... she will believe u.....
so, im sure the only reason she hasnt contact u cuz' she must have thought ur playing in myspace.... i dont see anyother reason frankly.....
call her and ask her out.... make sure to say that u were waiting for her to reply in myspace.......and u asked her number cuz' u felt like she's not taking ur messages seriously....... that will explain ur "wating-so-long" to her [cuz' she will question it in her mind! :)]
GOOD LUCK........ and be confident and straight when u tell her how u feel... dont make any jokes about it!

if you know where she lives you could send some flowers.. maybe everyday for a week.. really get her attention.. then with the last bunch give her ur number to call.. good luck
