what law is being broken when you have sex in front of kids,please help me.This is sick and gross to me.?

I would like to know if this is legal 2 children are in a room suppose to be sleeping but they are watching tv, man on top woman, man see children wacthing so he tells them to turn around so he can do his thing.3yr old is able to give me graphic words such as the f word and doggy style.mother tells me she is sorry and her mom taught her to keep her man happy no matter what ETC and she did not know it was wrong becuase her mom and dad did that with her in the room.she told the bf I had to report it and he told her to lie and say that the kids walked into the room they stopped having sex and went to sleep if I told, the kids told me,she told me and the boyfriend agrued with me staitng he was not the one on top she was.I want to know is these action legal or am I right this is abuse,if this is legal why is that when you fight in front of kids it endangering the welfare of a child so what is this called I rather my kids see 2 people fight instead of sex.

Public decency.

This is where adults are supposed to act like adults and put what's best for the kids before satisfying their own personal desires. I assume this was a babysitter having sex in front of your children. If she is licensed this needs to be reported. Regardless, you need a new babysitter.
