The Judge will ask you if you received a refund, if you say yes he will than ask you what you did with it. Hopefully you spent it on your bills or used it to pay for your bankruptcy. If you used it in a way he considers "inappropriate". He might deny your bankruptcy as you "did not make an effort to make retribution. Good Luck

A tax refund is not income for bankruptcy. It is an asset that could be used to pay debts.
