you are doing the right thing by asking questions regarding how you are feeling. you, yourself have answered you own question. you wouldn't be asking if you truly thought it was normal.

ignore the people that have responded to your question rudely and insultingly. be proactive and follow through with the good advice that's been given.

You may want to check into getting some counseling. Try calling an anoynomous hotline for help and maybe you could receive some better advice without worrying about being judged. Be blessed.
