To be in harmony is to be without conflict within yourself. If your not at war with your self, then it is possible to be in harmony with all life. If you are in conflict within yourself, that is what you will share with the world, and that is what you will perceive the world to be. There can be no living in harmony if there is none within yourself.

living in harmony means having a good relationship first to your family,neighbours,and other people around you.living peacefully with others.It will start at home(a place) where a family lives happily and harmoniously....
