12yo stepdaughter: Expects me to correct her (Why didn't you tell me not to put my muddy feet on the wall!!) but if I do, gets depressed and teary and says 'sorry' five million times.

5yo stepson: feigns deafness when you tell him to quit running in the house.

5yo son: frighteningly outgoing with strangers: so chatty with anyone he meets, ven after warnings, that I am afraid he will one day talk to the wrong person....also must be center of attention when company comes.

3yo son: whines everything- walks into the kitchen, for example, and says, UH!! I waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaant a dreeeeeeeeeeeeeink...... in that tone that is not expected until AFTER at least one denial.

9month old daughter: absolutely must spend every waking moment in her brothers' room, which I can't see from the kitchen, so that I have to either make her cry or else spend all day in there too.

Now, don't misunderstand- I love my kids to bits- if you post a question on what I love about them, I'll give you pages of answers. But you asked what drives me crazy, so I tried to pick the most aggravating thing about each one.

after I hand him water and he asks if this is "appejuice?" and that i say no this is water, he instruments it down on the floor and throws a tantrum and genuinely refuses to drink it till I pour even a teaspoon of apple juice in it. His 'I basically performed outdoors in ninety degree climate for an hour and refused to drink my cup the entire time and now i do not pick water i elect juice" tantrums are the more severe so I frequently basically supply him diluted apple juice to being with. He is conscious the version between water and apple juice so there is no telling him this is apple juice even as this is water.

My 3 1/2 year old will look at my 15 month old while sitting across from each other from the dinner table, and they will just start screaming. It's happy screaming but screaming none the less. It is so annoying.

my 2 year old spills things, any open container, (including syrup, that was the worst)that he can reach
if my five year old gets hurt or is upset, she will cry and not respond when we ask her what is wrong no matter how big or small
my nine year old is the class clown no matter where he is, 50 percent of the time it is funny and the other half is horrible

She won't talk. She can but won't. Everything is an uphill battle because she refuses to say the words and I refuse to give her what she wants just because she points and grunts. If this stage doesn't end soon I think I'm going to go absolutely mental.

my step daughter when she just cries because you have said no - it can be anything small or large - but its a put on cry - you can tell its not real - that really winds me up!! she has been doing it for some time now - I think its just a test because as soon as you do something funny or ignore her she snaps straight out of it!!!!

Whine and cry about getting their way! This is in reference to all kids, especially the ones who throw fits in grocery stores, because they want candy! Its irritating!

Bombarding me w/ their demands the minutes we get in the car after I pick them up after work, and the fact that they fight me every single morning when I get them up for school.
