On my 40th I got the flu and my friends were throwing me a party.

I've never been sick but my birthday is 9/12 right after the tragedy of 9/11. my best friend had know people who worked in the tower and she hadn't heard if they were alright or not. so when my birthday rolled around she was still in tears and the flag was half mast and everyone at school was upset. it sucked because me and my twin were the only people smiling.

I get sick on my birthday very often. I always wondered why. Usually a bad cold in the middle of summer. Very strange but I get sick on my birthday more often than not.

At my eighth or ninth birthday party, I got an incredibly painful stomachache just as we were eating cake. I think I had some sort of reaction to the icing. Anyway, I didn't have much fun that day.

I was hung over on my 29th birthday because my best friend's birthday was the night before...boy, did we party!!

yup had strep about 5 years ago on my birthday. does suck.
