I did my taxes online using H&R Block, but close to the end it asked me for a pin which I never used and how much I made in 2005 which I lost my paper work for. So can I just go to the store and do it over since they were prepared online but not filed

Yes, they should be able to do that first since they gurantee customer satisfaction with their product. I would call them, however, to see if there is an extra fee for doing this.

Try to avoid going to an actual Block office if you can. Why pay someone else for work that's already done?
If you can, go back to where it asks if you want to electronically sign your return and select 'no'. You can still e-file the return, you'll just need to print and mail form 8453-OL(E-file Return Authorization) to the IRS. Your return will not take any longer to process by mailing in this form.
