My 14+ JRT rescue is named Patience. I named her that because I was told I didn't have enough patience to own a dog. I have had her now for 13+ years and she has helped me learn a little about patience. And a lot about love. And fun. Jacks do know how to just have fun. What we would call work for them - hunting, sniffing, running, is just pure pleasure for them. Patience may be as much as 15 now and she is partially blind and deaf by decision. She's tired of being told what to do. Anyway she still will run and sniffs every dadgum bush wherever we go. I treasure every moment.Here's a typical JRT packing herself in our suitcase. She does not want to be left out of anything! Notice she is on top of my husband's suit. I am sure she was very comfortable.

I am assuming she is a puppy.. I think the best name is the name that you instantly felt might be hers,and what she responds to. I like Lily, and why? Because it is beautiful and young and a little spicey.. which they tend to be..
