The easiest way to get a scholarship is the FAFSA form. However, it is provides need based financial aid from both the state and federal governments along with the college itself. It is based on the family income and financial resources. The form is relatively easy. However, there is sometimes or most times a family contributiion to the education called the EFC (or estimated family contribution). However, it is an idea to search for other scholarships, too.
First, the high school guidance office can provide a list of local scholarships to apply for consideration to current high school students.
Second, the college's financial aid office and website has a list of private scholarships offered from outside organizations and companies.
Third, the public library has a book listing scholarships with some not even listed on the web.
Finally, I recommend joining several free membership scholarship search websites. Most are updated on a regular basis. Most offer a customized search based on information entered onto a form on the website.
Good luck!

if your looking for the easy way then you shouldn't get one. It takes work and effort to get anything.
