In coffee an Irish wiskey or
Kaluha is good. WITH coffee a snifter of Frangelico is great. The seet hazelnu liquor contrasts nicely with the bitter coffee flavors.

Most of the time no. I usually drink coffee in the morning, and occasionally in the late afternoon if I need a jolt to stay alert. And I don't really enjoy drinking in the daytime. I'm more of an evening cocktail or beer consumer. The exception is when I've eaten a good meal in a restaurant, and finished my dinner with an espresso. Then I'm very apt to have a cognac or single malt whiskey.

Baileys Irish Creme

I agree with your "anonymous answerer". Frangelico is an excellent liqueur to serve with coffee. Another one that has a wonderful taste is Chambord, it is a raspberry liqueur that tastes great with coffee or slightly drizzled on plain chocolate cake :)

If you choose either liqueur, you can't go wrong. It is like having an "apres dinner" dessert. For an added touch, serve your favorite roasted coffee (no flavors or it will clash with the liquers) in demitasse cups with your liqueur in shot glasses or other small glass meant for liqueur.

Enjoy!!!

Bailey's Irish Creme, Kahlua, basically any type of creme liquers. never a rum or vodka....try creme de menthe if u want a minty twist to it. but when it comes to coffee, u can't go wrong with some kahlua.
