Everytime I try to stop, I get sucked back in. He seems to not care enough, so why? Why do I even care?? Why is he always on my mind?

I know how you feel,
i dont want to think about him....he doesnt love me like i love him, and even if he did...we could never be together..so why am i thinking about him? Why do i stay up all night waiting for his call when i KNOW it wont matter, and it will be over within 5 minutes? why do i even care so much if he doesnt call me? ya know?
Thats lust for you...nobody can really answer that question. If you want to stop thinking of him go to sleep LOL...that works.

You have to commit yourself to stop thinking about him. I know this sounds weird, pick a date, a last day to obsess over him. Then faze him out, he won't be completly be out the next day, but in time he will be, just make a commitment to stop thinking about him.
