RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME (RSL)
You need to go to your family doctor and get a referal to a neurologist/sleep medicine they will test you sleeping and make a diagnosis. The neurologist first will put you on an anti parkinson drug (controls the shaking) or you could take clonanzapam...
I have this condition and it is usually hereditary ask you parents(if possible) if they evey had problems with RESTLESS LEGS.
It is a nervous condition that YES can be controlled

Its called restless leg syndrome... there is one way I do know of that can relieve it. when you go to sleep at night take a bar of soap and put it under your sheets. Thats what I do and I dont have a problem with it anymore. Hope that helps you! If you want more information go to www.helpful-health-solutions.com!

There are some new medications out for restless leg syndrome. Not sure how effective they, so talk to your doctor about them.

If you mean that you are always shaking your foot or legs, that is usually associated with attention deficit disorder. Strattera should help that.
