Yes, Judaism is completely monotheistic, believing in only one G-d with no divisions and no divine or semi-divine adversary. It is one of only two monotheistic religions I can think of, Islam being the other.

Yes. There's a core prayer within the Jewish religion (sort of like the Lord's Prayer) that states:

"Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One."

Sort of the main belief of the religion. The Ten Commandments given to Moses and followed by most Judeo-Christian religions also emphasize the belieft of one god.

In the modern world Judaism is monotheistic. The ancient Hebrew religion that Judaism descends from was probably polytheistic and dropped the other gods in favor of Yahweh about the time of Moses.

Yes,what they don't grasp is the complexity of the one God,that He is like the equation 1x1x1=1 God,that is ,the Father ,Son and Holy Spirit, as opposed to 1+1+1=3 separate Gods.

yes, judaism is strictly monotheistic - one single G-d with no parts or divisions. it is one of the reasons why we don't believe in the trinity or the devil. both concepts seem polytheistic to us.

I think that "Judaism" as practiced today is an Atheistic religion. But then maybe I'm judgmental.
