I am attempting to make a humorous greeting card for a friend whose second language is German. Can anyone tell me how to say these two lines of my text in German?;
1.)" Cheer up"
2.) "That is an order!"
Also, is it proper to put the word "Frau" before her name?

As jawsurfing said

1) Sei froehlich
2) das ist ein Befehl.

It would only be appropriate to use "Frau" if she is older than you and you are not already on friendly terms. If she is a good friend and you are about the same age, "Frau" would seem very formal.

If you'd like to say "Dear" you would write "Lieber" (if it is a man) and his name or "Liebe" (if it is a woman) and her name.

For "yours" at the end, you can write "Deine" and sign your name.
