Camp Stanley is north of Seoul, near Uijongbu. The time is GMT + 9. If you live in the U.S. in the Eastern Time Zone, it is 15 hours ahead of standard time. That is, when 08:00 in New York, it is 23:00 in Korea. Remember to correct for Daylight Savings Time.
