Many teens, children and young adults have fatigue and the causes are many. If it's that severe, you should go see a Doctor. He can also order some blood work to see if you're anemic. In the mean time, take a multi-vitamin with iron, eat a healthy diet of lots of fruits and vegetables, get regular exercise and establish a bed time routine. It helps to go to bed at the same time every night so you regulate your sleep cycles. Avoid caffeine by eliminating soft drinks, it can keep you from sleeping deeply.
Also, you might possibly have a sleep disorder or sleep apnea, which wakens a person repeatedly through the night when they temporarily stop breathing. If these things don't help, you'll want to get evaluated by a physician. Good luck!

What you need to do is keep your mind active, think hard, work and get into the conversations being said. If this doesn't help you eat choc late, and drink a little mountain dew, and you will have a lot more energy to be able to keep active, and your body will have a hard time zoning out if you do this. It isn't the healthiest, but try it! If it doesn't work, make sure you get at least nine hours of night's rest, and don't stay up past 10:30. If nothing works I would ask someone about epilepsy or something like that , that makes you have symptoms like this. I suggest if the doctors think you are okay, go see a neurologist!

Get at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep. Try taking a B-16 & B-6 vitamin.

need more info! You should go back to the doc. Do you have a sore throat? Mono? Sometimes people stay very tired after they get a virus, can last for a couple of weeks. Are you sleeping well at night? Are you depressed? Are you pregnant? Sorry, you really should go back to doc?!
