Maybe a little ....but If you cut it once ...it will grow longer then what it was before ....just make sure when you want to cut (shave?) them ...You have to be prepared to do it everyday for you entire life.

Removal of unwanted facial hair. There are several different options, depending on the amount of hair and the color.

Steps
Wax at home or in a salon. At home kits can be tricky. Salon waxing can be pricey. It can be very painful and lead to swelling and redness.

Shave. While not recommended, it can be a fast fix.

Consider laser hair removal but do your research first as most 'advice' comes direct from laser hair removal salons!

Undergo electrolysis. This costly, but permanent and effective method is one of the better ways to go, if you can afford it.

Use hair buffers and deterrents. These can be helpful, but some are harsh on skin, leaving rashes.

Tips
Consult a salon that does hair removal to discuss with them what your best options would be.

Warnings
Be careful of certain products for hair removal. Many can not be used on the face.
Others intended for the face can still be rough and cause skin irritation.

first, you are SUPPOSED to have soft, fine, light colored hair all over your body. this is normal.

but if the hair is especially thick and fairly dark in certain regions (chest, face, abs, and back), then you might be suffering from hirsutism. Hirsutism can be caused by very high androgen (male hormone) levels. This condition is more predominant in certain ethnicities and those who suffer from it often have the following syptoms as well: severe acne, irregular periods, deepening of the voice and increased muscle mass.

it's not something too serious, mainly just a cosmetic concern. women often treat it by bleaching (Jolen is good) or waxing. some do resort to electrolisis but this very expensive and painful.

Some oral contraceptives (birth control) have been known to lower androgen levels and help with the problem. Also, there is this new topical med called Eflornithine Cream that has been proven to inhibit unwanted facial hair growth.

hope this helps!

Upperlip hair can look really embarassing (especially when its like a thin moustache for a few people!). Use a facial bleach but make sure u dont leave it on your face for more than 5-7 mins or slowly your skin pores will increase in size. Dont use it more than twice a month.

I have very fine peach-fuzz like hair all over my face Once in a while (like every two months) I may take a razor to my skin, but I do that more as a fast exfoliation than for the hair removal. Usually though, I just leave it be. I think it adds to the soft look of my skin. It's so fine it's almost unnoiceable.

Just use turmeric powder it will make wonders.
Take some amount of basin flour, milk cream and turmeric powder (especially Kasthuri Manjal), make a paste of it and apply on your face where u want to put for four to five weeks. It will clear off all the hairs on your face. It is a natural treatment so that there will be no side effects.

No, I don't personally. You can get over the counter bleaching for faces. Another alternative they offer at day spas has a treatment to get rid of hair completely, but would probably be costly.

Sally Hansen makes a great body hair bleach kit, i use it for my little moustache.

Its a little uncomfortable when you put it on but after it turns your hair blonde so itll blend right in with your skin, if thats what youre worried about...

i have some of it. you could try face bleach. I recommend sally hansen creme hair bleach for face. If that doesn't work, try the sally hansen creme hair bleach extra strength. but test the extra strength on a small patch of skin first because it could leave red bumps if your sensitive.
