If I am a heroin addict, then yes, I need heroin to be who I am=a junkie. Meth dealers don't take PCs from their customers, they only take cash. That's all I can answer because the rest about frozen customers and an intentional worst enemy stuff do not make a bit of sense and I suspect you're the victim of buying a bag of cut dope and are pissed and confused, since using street dope with cut in it tends to do that to a person. Just chill.

Are you saying drug dealers have a moral obligation to look after the well being of their customers? That makes no sense. A drug dealer by trade is immoral. If they cared about people they wouldn't be in the business they're in.

No, I don't. The only thing I use and that's in emergencies is my Albuterol inhaler. Don't go assuming everyone does drugs. Try opening up your eyes for once, or maybe you're the one who cannot see due to meth. Generalizing is such a disgusting thing.
