I believe it all depends on how long the body has been "cold". All STD's have to have heat to survive, body heat. If the body has been "cold" long enough to not allow any parasites to live in the body then you have nothing to worry about except maybe a haunting or some poltergeist or maybe worse a lawsuit and public humiliation.
