"Gaijin" is the japanese name for foreignor. "Gai" means foreign, and "jin" means person. "Gaikoku" means foreign country.

I believe you mean 'gaijin'. A gaijin is a foreigner. 'Gai' meaning outside and 'jin' meaning person or people. Generally it is used to mean western foreigners.
