You must be very young and naive. Most modern woman aren't after looks, respect and honesty. This is the 21st Century.
Now that women are expected to work for a living they're looking for a short cut in life.
What they look for is...The money of Richard Branson, the Intelligence of Jeremy Paxman, the spirit of Oliver Reed, the looks of Johnny Depp, to have the ability to sit and wait while she flirts with every other male, to fill her with free drinks all night, to be prepared to pay for for somebody else's children, accept the fact she disguises her face behind a mask of make up, put up with the fact she will ALWAYS want a boob job, except the fact you're expected to earn more money than her, put up with the fact she's overweight and too lazy to go to the gym, not look at another woman, be prepared to work all hours to give her a lifestyle and then put up withher complaining when you're working all the time and come home tired, except the fact she will always wear black and think she looks sexy... the list goes on and on.

honesty, loyalty, seriousness, but not too serious, a little humerous, kindness, generosity, willing to do anything for us, not being embarrased around us, looks, can't smell bad, muscles, not girly, not obsessed with something that you spend all your time on it, not having a bazar hobby, like collecting gnomes, or painting bird and/or dollhouses, good fashion sense, cannot be too fat, or too skinny, not too tough, but not too soft. we dont like being pranked all the time, either. that's pretty much it. hope that works if ur a guy looking for a girl, but if ur a girl.....i cnt help you there, exept, well, i wont say it, that would be mean

If that's true you shoud have a gf. To me as long as a guy is honest with me even if it's mean I can respect that, I think that's important and if a guys knows who he is in life and knows exactly what he wants in his life. That's really want a girl wants in a guy confidence and stability.

Well description seems pretty ideal! I look for a guy who respects me, who is interesting, who is different and who i am attracted to (ie predominantly white, tall w/dark hair). I dont expect mr perfect as i certainly am not miss perfect, but its certainly nice to meet half way!

They should look for the things that they are interested in a guy. Like the color of eyes and hair. Ask what their weaknesses and strengthes are and then compare that to themselves see if they like the way they look! Also girls should look at what their perosnality is like.
