Depends on what you mean by deny. By passing you on the road and not stopping to help? This is not denying you anything. They are not stopping you from recieving help. Anyone can stop and provide assistance. (they may have more pressing issues going on).
On the other hand, say, if you are in the presence of an officer and whereas the ground was used to stop your forward progess and you end up with your nose bleeding, no, they can not deny your right to seek prompt medical attention.

the courts have ruled that the police are not obligated to protect you nor to help you in any way, ????? they are merely there to enforce the law,??? dam, how can I be so stupid? I always thou gt when a cop put on his badge and gun, he was sworn to protect the citizenry???but, when the poor slob in Los Angles was dragged from his truck and was being beaten by a group of black rioters there were over 100 cops within 100 feet, and not one would help the poor dude, civilians went in and helped him , later when he tried to sue the cops, That was the ruling, SO MUCH FOR HERO'S HUH???there are other incidents, almost as sad, but, the cops as no, 2 mentioned can come in your home kill you or any or all of your family, they tell our liberal press
he had a weapon , as they did with the 70year old woman who threatened them with a can opener, she was shot over 40 times,
there is a group of citizens now who are trying to get a grass roots organization off the ground to reign in the police now, their contention is that the police are the most dangerous criminals in America, and have killed more innocent people in America than the other criminals have and are never prosecuted???

Maybe. Depends on the situation. If they are transporting a prisoner or responding to a bank robbery, they don't have to stop to help you change your tire.

The police can grab you by the hair and drag you out through the window of your car and shoot you dead in the face at point blank range if they want to - and have done so. They have zero accountability and are nothing but a bunch of thugs. Did you see how they treated that pregnant woman and caused her to lose her baby? Happens all the time. I have been threatened to be shot if I approached any closer than 50 feet to a police cruiser too. They should all be arrested and jailed!

I would imagine that unless they have an urgent call they would be willing to help out.

MrKnowItAll, you don't know anything, please answer the question, and take it seriously please. I don't think cops can do that, there probably are conditions on which he can (i.e. officer needing assistance). There will have to be more details to answer this clearly.

Not legally, but they do from time to time, when they don't want to be bothered.
