Go around them if I can do so safely. Dont tailgate. Make a point to leave an appropriate amount of time for travel next time. There can always be delays on the road.

No matter what, you should always DRIVE SAFELY. There's nothing more worse then giving yourself stress while your driving. Rather than bitching at slow drivers who you think will make you late, why don't you leave your house earlier than usual to prevent yourself from being late. Someone driving slow does NOT make you late. YOU MAKE YOURSELF LATE. try planning your day ahead by waking up earlier & leaving earlier.

Leave earlier.

You are the one who makes you late, not the other car in front of you. You have to share the road with other vehicles, that's just how things work.

Stop procrastinating, and be on time.

Leave 30 seconds earlier. Your chances of being behind them will disappear.

Leave 15 minutes earlier and you'll never have to worry about being late.

Ostentatiously pull my cell phone out of my bag, pretend to dial, and speak very clearly into the phone, looking like I am citing a series of letters and numbers. Smile, then hang up. Usually works. :)

If I can't pass safely, I'm late.

(By the way, it's usually "Slowly" not "Slow". Although, slow may sometimes be used instead of slowly when it comes after the verb)
