its used in California,Australia and it think some middle eastern countries as a source of electricity.also it is installed on the roofs of houses all over Europe and other countries although it is not done so in large numbers.these solar panels are used to heat water and the house.satellites,watches,phones,radios,TVs and other machines also use solar panels/energy for power.
