no, it does not matter even if you did provoke him, no means no. i'm answering this for my girlfriend because I am absolutely disgusted by the answer that said if he was your boyfriend then no. that person needs to see a doctor, yes you were molested, and the fact that they actually pulled you back and hurt you makes it attempted rape. don't ever let a guy treat you like that. a girl has the right to dress and act how they want, that is never a right for a guy to do something against your will. dump him, beat him, turn him into the cops, but get away from him as fast as you can, if he is doing this now, it will only get worse.

Molestation I believe is when any adult has any type of sexual engagement with a child. If your boyfriend is related to you in any way and has had any form of sexual contact that I believe is called incest. ( I hope he is not your brother, cousin, uncle, or father.) If so, you need to seek counseling immediately and let him go. Your boyfriend is the same age as you, if he touched you sexually after you clearly stated sexual contact was unwanted, his sexual contact would be a form of rape. I would immediately dump him, if doesn't apologize and agree to respect your wishes in the future. Although if you feel threatened or that he is a danger to you, I would just end the relationship, and report him to the authorities. It doesn't matter if you had sex before with him, when ever you say no to any sexual contact it should be respected.

You were indeed. However the legal terminology by itself may not be that helpful. The experience you're sharing shows something you have in you which is a far greater value and you should keep it and augment it: sense of self worth, dignity. You know how and when to say no. Bravo!

Yes! by all means you let someone know about this ASAP. This is not a joke , nor is it funny or cute, he could have done more or will do more the next time. he may have done this to some other girl. by not telling what has happen you are letting him know that you approve of his behavior. he has to be stopped before he really hurt someone ....if he has not already.

YES. If you said no and he forced it, it's molestation. Question is do you love him. Even if you do, it's unacceptable behavior that has to change. Legally it's assault. If there's penetration it's rape.
Legally it's a nightmare to charge him but you are better off dumping him and getting a new boyfriend who treats you better.
And if he's ever hit you dump him immediately and get a large dog...

I took a glance at everyone else's answears and they are all right. If you told him no and he continued it is rape. and if he grab you and forced you its batter. You need to at least talk to your parrents. Break up with him a man would never hurt you if he truly cared for you and he obviously dose not. I would also advise you to take precaution when doing so because he seems like he may have a tendency to b violent when he dosent get his way. best of luck to you.

Yeah Hun you were..more like sexually assaulted, I defiantly think you should have a nice long talk with your boyfriend...Things could get worse, like what if you were going to have sex with him and you say "no" and he keeps going...that's rape..Rape and sexually assaulted can happen even by your own boyfriend...I was raped by my boyfriend and wouldn't stop and i had to kick him out of my house and out of my life..Please talk to him or at lease someone in you family or friends...Don't be scared this happens to alot of girls that don't even realize it.. I pray that you will to the right thing..if you want to talk more you can hit me up...

You were sexually assualted and need to contact the authorities. He needs to get help before he goes from unwanted touching to raping. Tell the authorities what happened right away.

What did he do when he was down your pants? Did he touch any body parts? If he did it was sexual harrassment. If he did not it was aggravated assault. Either which way you need to call the police now and report him.
