Inshallah means if Gods willing. It is just an Arabic term and i don't see why non-Muslims can't use it.

It's just a language. But know the translation: In Shah Allah= If Allah will, But if you believe in God you can say: In Shah God.

No, I think anyone can use it. If I'm not mistaken, even Arab Christians use it as well. It's not an insult for a non-Muslim to say it.

if I understand the language it invokes the deity Allah. That would seem to rule out those people who do not worship that deity.

Nope !!! Allah is a name of our God......and He is the creator of us and all.........so it doesn't make any difference if you call God as Allah and so inshAllah........Btw jesus is not our Allah !!
