Ive been reading some research that suggests that oolong tea speeds up metabloism faster than Green tea. Anyone try it in addition to excersise and deiting?

Yes oolong is better. i get better result with oolongs.
pu erh also helps but i dislike pu erh taste. pu erh on the other hands helps to control your cholesterol.

maybe you can check with them on this issue. they are very helpful.

but do not think you can eat and eat and eat and then have oolong
i've lost 1/3 of my wight
all you need for a good diet is a small zipper on your mouth, a small key on the fridge and a lot of fruit and vegetables
or put your recent photo in the fridge.....it will stop you better than anything else

Never tried oolong tea, but i know Green Tea helps. Yummy!!!!!
