1. Get a trim atleast every three months. This will reduce breakage up the hair strand and allow it to grow more and not breakout.
2. Take calcium pills, increase your intake or calcium, protiens, and healthy fats and oils (Milk & Fish). The calcium will strengthen your hair, preventing breakage. The proteins and healthy fats and oils will promote more growth.
3. Before you get in the shower, flip your head upside down and massage for one to three minutes. It will help to increase the bloodflow to your head and increase hair growth.

Your hair is probably going through a phase right now to where it just wont grow. But trust it will, soon!!! B/c a friend of mine's hair was like that and then after a couple of years of going to the beautician. Her hair finally started growing. It just needs a little push to get it started.

Just don't cut it. Or at least trim it less often, and don't trim as much off as you would normally. If you are always trimming your hair, it's not going to get longer.
