It's called overpopulation and overcrowding. This is why rich people have 20 acre estates they can live on. It's for privacy and so they don't have to put up with people's riff-raff.

Because laws are on the books for the quite neighborhood but are not enforced and have gotten worse with the mexicans as they nest with 8 to 10 persons in a itty bitty house each have a car and their own music box.

It depends on the neighborhood you are living in.If you were living in a middle class neighborhood you wouldn't have that problem.You need to go to the libary or wear ear plugs.

Quiet neighborhoods, and via that i mean no activities or crime. i do not ideas some revving engines because someone is operating on them, or youngsters playing contained in the streets, relatives daily stuff like that suites me purely superb.
