The whitish color on the chocolate is harmless. It is called bloom, and it occurs when the chocolate has been exposed to air for a prolonged period of time. If you're eating the chocolate as-is, it's fine. If you're melting it down to make a dip or coating, or as an ingredient in something else, it may affect the color, but the taste and safety is fine any way you have it.

It is probably just fine - one sniff or nibble will tell you for sure. However, it may have dried out a bit, so be careful if you're going to use it in a recipe, or going to melt it.

it'll be fine, unless you're planning to feed it to someone you don't like? do i smell evil plot? or just a craving for chocolate? it's perfectly fine to eat, we eat halloween and easter candy that's turned white.

They are ok as long as it dont have nuts in it , the nuts get little white worms in them,
