Outlook 2003?

Question

How do I add Internet email accounts to Outlook 2003 so that they all come into Outlook? I need to put in the server URL, but how do I know what that is?

I especially want to use Yahoo mail and Gmail, but I'm not sure those are supported...

Yahoo is supported through a proxy program

For Gmail you must first enable pop3 access in your gmail box.
