Find a hobby where you have a good chance of meeting people.
Finding your soul mate has nothing to do with being shy. Many that are not shy and get married thinking they have found their soul mate end up in divorce.
It will come and in all honesty you never know where.
You can meet people in the strangest places so try to keep meeting people, at least your in the hunt!

Anyway, shy never works, a girl is not going to come up to and say HI, wanna date? Take some public speaking courses and learn to hit on everyone without seeming desperate or scary. Remember no one wants the puppy thats dieing to get out of the cage. Human nature is to pick one that is more care free and hanging in the back. Find something in common and let the woman talk. What to woman love to do? Talk Talk talk. Let them talk. GOod luck

Yes, shy or not, you still have a passion.
WHAT IS IT?
do you like photography?
If so join a photography club. I am sure that the fact you see yourself as shy wont be an issue when there is something that you have in common.
If you dont love photography (or what every you have sub'ed in place of that)
why not volunteer for the habitat for humanity or other like styled organizations.
Not only will you meet plenty of people there, you might meet someone who knows of someone who is the exact fit for you!
In my opinion, the key is just getting out of the house and meeting new people.
The more people that know you are single, the higher your chances are for finding someone.
And please dont give up.
the longer it takes for you to find her, the more you will appreciate her.

I know the feeling of being shy and awkward around people. Learning how to approach the opposite sex can be scary all by itself.
The 1st thing you need is confidence,confidence in yourself.Trust in yourself, you are a great man who is nice,handsome and proud. Show it!! Stand up straight,hold your head up high and love who you are as a man. Until you are proud of yourself,inside and out,no-one else will be. Join an activity, like bowling,church groups,painting classes,or something you really enjoy,making sure women will also be there..
It is a known fact that what we need in ourselves,we seek in others. If we needed love,our energy projects that and someone with an abundance of love to give, all of a sudden is in your life! yin and yang

Just do what you like to do. Example: if you like to bowl then meet someone bowling, if you like music go see live music. There is nothing worse than dating someone just cause their good looking and a nice person only to find out years later that you share no common interists. Other than that the best advice I can give you is to find a female whos very attractive and make her your best friend. Shell be able to help you present yourself in an attractive way plus get you comfortable with talkin to females with confidence.

Soul mates are tough to come by. I'm waiting for mine. I'm trying yahoo personals-This way it takes some of the pressure off of meeting people in person. You can do the IM chatting until you guys are comfortable with each other.

You need 100 points or more to reply to their replies on the site, and it takes a lot of message writing on the site, to get those points. I gurantee you, you could end up havning 5 or more women interested in you and corresponding with you. Also a lot of them wont be where you are, but in another city, state or country. But you can choose women in any of the countries the sight has.

Get drunk and go to a karaoke bar, haha. Not only will you have fun, but that should also stop you from being shy. Seriously your only obstacle is your shyness. Conquer that and then keep your eyes on the goal. Good luck!

Yes. Enjoy the time you have with yourself. Be sure you know who you are and what you want. Simply sit back and relax, do not look. Stay off the internet sites. Get out and do things you like. You will run into her. She will be a friend and it will turn into more.

first of all theree is no such thing as sould mate, in life if you're lucky all you'll get is a mate. second of all websites don't work it will takes years before you find the right person on a website but then they turn out to be a man or soemthing when you think it's a woman. life is about getting out there so nomatter how shy you are you MUST get up and get out there.
