Your wedding should be at a time that suits you best.
The reason for spring weddings, is because often summer can be to hot, winter can have the risk of to many storms, and fall well more traditionally dates back to not planning things until after the fall harvest when so many communities depending on that kind of thing planning around those schedules. Since unless living in a farming community Autumn could be good, because it is different, than most, the weather is not cold or hot, and the prices may be lower since it is "off" season.
Also Spring is known as a time for beginings which a wedding is the begining of a new life.
So plan your wedding for a time and date that matches your own personal wishes and interests.

Either season is wonderful
Spring is nice because it's cooler, flowers are in bloom and spring is a symbol of things that are fresh and new. The colors of spring are bright.
Summer is nice because it's a season of happiness. the only thing is, it's very hot and the floral selection is not as attractive as the spring floral selection.
If you marry in the spring a garden wedding would be beautiful and favorable. If you marry in the summer, an indoor wedding would be more adviseable.

Depends on the climate where you live. I have been to a spring wedding that was cold and pouring down rain, and a fall wedding that was sunny and warm (both in the same town). Another issue is if you have any out-of-town guests. Summer is a lot easier for out-of -town guests who are involved in the school system (teachers, students, professors, etc.) and people who need to take vacation time.

I would probably go for Spring as Summer weddings can be lovely, but I went to one where it was 38 Degrees celsius. The bride did look lovely except for the sweat dripping of her face.
On those really hot days it is really hard to feel beautiful at the best of times and you want your day to be a comfortable one. Of course you can be unlucky in Spring with the weather, but it is usually more consistant.

It depends if you're going to have the wedding inside or outside, where you live, and your personal preferences. Have your wedding when you want! But if you're having it outside, take the weather into consideration. In spring it rains a lot more, and in summer sometimes it can be very hot and comfortable. Good luck!

Out of the two I would say late spring when it's dry, but not too hot. Have you considered a winter wedding? A fur trimmed winter white dress with a fireplace as the backdrop to your ceremony.

I would personally go with a end of summer wedding the end of september. I had my wedding the last week of september and the best reason of all is it is not hot. You don't want to be sweating in a big dress. The end of September is perfect. I had an outdoor ceramony and an indoor reception and the weather was fabulous

if you are having a summer wedding, make sure you have it where ita air condition, nobody wants to go to a wedding that it outside when it's gonna be 100 degrees,so really consider having a wedding inside if you are having it between late June- and august, but having a spring wedding it also not a bad idea
