You may be allergic to something you are eating. What foods do you crave??? Cut them out of your diet for a couple of weeks, then introduce them again if that happens again you have your culprit.... Also eat more fiber and drink water, eat whole grains, fruit and veggies.. Spicy food can also cause this, so can mild food poisoning; eat something you don't normally eat recently? Different restraunt, etc... Pay attention to your diet and remember the above questions and see if making some changes in your diet help. Keep stress at bay it can effect your stomach and intestinal health...

Good Luck

The gas could be caused by a number of things: carbonated drinks, gassy foods.
You're probably ok, but talk to your doctor.
