what is a good way for your hair to grow.... even though im mixed and have good hair i still have that black in there and it makes ir really curly and its kinda dry ... so i thought i try to use sunsilk .... but now that u know what hair type i have what can i do to make it grow

1. Get a trim atleast every three months. This will reduce breakage up the hair strand and allow it to grow more and not breakout.
2. Take calcium pills, increase your intake or calcium, protiens, and healthy fats and oils (Milk & Fish). The calcium will strengthen your hair, preventing breakage. The proteins and healthy fats and oils will promote more growth.
3. Before you get in the shower, flip your head upside down and massage for one to three minutes. It will help to increase the bloodflow to your head and increase hair growth.

you can have it braided up which will stimulate growth and protects the hair, or you can wear it loose and wash it every day. make sure that the shampoo, and conditioners are moiturizing conditioners. preferably humectant like nexxus humectress or something like that. Once a week do a deeep conditioner with heat, and then once every 6 weeks do aphogee
