Next time make sure you get cresent rolls
depending how much you want - say 2 cans cream of chicken soup
about 2 cups or so of cheddar cheese
boneless chicken breast - 2
cook chicken - cut up wrap in cresent rolls
bake until rolls are golden
mean while - thin your soup with a couple globs of fat free sour cream and a little water
when your rolls are brown pour soup over top with cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.
You can even make stove top stuffing and it will feel like Thanksgiving!

Just have a creamy chicken and veg pasta. Yum. Cut up and pan fry chicken then remove from pan. (Meanwhile cook some pasta in another pot in hot water.) Pan fry chopped beans, corn and carrots until cooked (sprinkle some water in pan to help them cook) Then add back the chicken, add the pasta, add the cream cheese and some spices. Add about 1/2 cup of milk and stir until mixed and heated through.
Enjoy!

I make a really nice pasta dish with chicken, mushrooms, fresh basil and garlic. You basically cook everything (wait to add the basil last) . Mix a little of the alfredo to the red sauce to make a creamy red sauce and then add the other ingredients after they are cooked. Served it tossed with Pasta (farfalle is nice, but any will do. It is very good!

You could do...
...chicken fettucinne alfredo,
...spaghetti,
...a "Chicken Roast" as I like to call it (toss vegetables with some olive oil if you have it and some salt and pepper, throw into a glass pan, add chicken breasts to the pan and cook for about an hr...the flavors all blend into the chicken- it's yummy),
...a quick and easy vegetable soup (with all of the veggies, the spaghetti sauce, and some elbow macaroni if you have it)
...or stuffed chicken roll-ups- another of my own recipes (flatten the chicken breasts as flat as you can, allow the cream cheese to soften and stir it with some seasonings of your choice-I use garlic, oregano and rosemary- until the mixture is smooth, spread over each chicken breast. Roll up the chicken breast and "secure" in place with toothpicks, cook for about 45 mins...this looks hard, but it isn't)
...or a classic hearty chicken noodle soup (cook the chicken and reserve the juices/broth, remove chicken and shred or cut into desired size chunks, add vegetables to broth, cook pasta of your choice and add- after draining- to the soup! A yummy classic!)
Hope one of these ideas helps!
