To "get some" means to have sex, usually intercourse, but in rare cases it can mean some other type of sex - oral, extended foreplay, etc. It's usually intercourse.
There are a number of reasons why high school boys want a girlfriend. While a few are nice reasons - such as he's known her forever and they have developed a mutual attraction based on their personalities, beliefs, and likes and dislikes, most of them are selfish in terms of the guy - a cute girl validates that he can attract a cute girl. A cute girl can be shown off to others. A cute girl means he is straight (usually). A cute girl might be part of a social group he is in or wants to be accepted by.
By comparison, *any* girl shows he's straight. Any girl shows he can get *someone* of the opposite sex to kiss him for a while. Any girl might mean he understands you have to be "going together" to "get some." Any girl means he wants to know what a breast feels like in real life. And so on.
All quite selfish. Remember, 16 year old high school boys just discovered their penises are acting up about 3 years ago, so the sun rises and sets on their hormone-driven sex urges pretty much 24 hours a day.

if a guy just wants to "Get Some" then all he is after is sex. Doesn't mean he is all that interested in the person he wants to have sex with, it pretty much means he is looking to satisfy his wants or desires. In regards to the gf thing, can't really help you there. I didn't bother with getting a gf until I was done with high school and the military.

When a guy says get some he pretty much means he wants to have sex and just leave no strings attached....guys want GF in high school because they want someone to mess with.

it depends on what level he wants to 'get some.' He might just be looking for a make out buddy but usually it means sex. High school is a normal time for guys to want to 'get some'

It means he isn't worth your time and energy. It means he is not interested in getting to know you as a person. He just wants to use your body for his own pleasure. If that is all he wants, he does not deserve you. You will find a person who cares about YOU. Don't sell yourself short.
