I worked hard to pay off all my credit cards; however, I still have 2 repossessions in my name (one as the co-signer, one in my name only - each about 15000). They did happen due to my ex-husband screwing up. In the divorce decree, all debt was given to him - he couldn't care less, and since they are in my name...what do I do???

As a matter of policy, I never co-sign for loans for anybody -- not even for people I sleep with or will be married to.

Typically, co-signing leads to HOT MESSES.
