They are both common, especially in younger adults. They both suck, but i think being cheated on is worse because you trusted that jerk and he/she messed around anyway

I think that maybe the most common reason to break up is just because it isn't working out. I've never been cheated on, and I've never left a boyfriend for someone else or been left for another girl, and have had 3 serious relationships ... all of which ended because it just wasn't working out.

Both ex's were let go because of obvious infidelity. It appears that as they were going to be released neither wanted to be free, but I do not roll like that.
I have only been with those two people, so I dare they think that I want to be with them as they make their rounds.
It hurts initially, but like anything-it gets diluted over time.
I just make sure that I am so over them before moving on, and I am. Once I am done, it is a done deal!
Do not worry, you are going to get through this. Do not concentrate on why they broke up with you, just that is their loss. The new person is getting a cheat any way!
You go on girl and get on with your life o.k.

I have always been the one booted for another man....Girls just like to "three-F" me. Even though I tell them in the beginning I am looking for marrage....they still end up booting me to the curb.

Well, me ex did both (left me for another girl once, came back, and then finally left me for anther guy). She also borrowed over $5,000 from me, told me she was in love with me, wanted to marry me, and have children with me. I loved her and it did hurt when it happened cause she did it over the phone.
