The fastest way to loose weight is to 'fast', that is to do without food in an orderly and regulated manner. This is practiced by both religious groups and health groups. Do not fast more than three days at a time, do not fast liquids, food only. Do not fast if pregnant, have health problems, or engage in strenuous activity.

exercise and caloried cut back try dancing when no ones looking even instead of watching that tv show but on a cd and move it you will be surprised how the pounds go.....
