This guy I've known for a really long time, I guess you could say we're semi friends. He's flirted before and I've noticed sometimes he tries to glance down at my chest. I do wear low cut shirt sometimes, just a little bit. And sometimes he will really look at my face. But only sometimes this behavior goes on. Does he at least find me kind of cute?

I mean sometimes he'll go through spurts where he'll enter the room and not look at me at all. And then other times he really looks at my face. And then sometimes tries to get a peak at my chest. So does he just find me average looking, or guys what would you give a girl you acted this way around from 1-10?

Well...you have to remember...we're all sexual...so even the most innocent of friends can get curious. I have a theory that if a guy and a girl are real good friends...eventually...one or the other will start to wonder..what if we went out. And honestly...I think the best relationships are those that begin as friends...you already know what each other likes and dislikes...you can then focus on what you can each bring to the table to take the relationship to the next level.

First I would say he is probably mentally undressing you, most guys tend to do this when they see an attractive woman.
