In Portuguese from Brasil :
" Saúde " (health) or " Deus te crie " (God bless you ).

In the city I live in Brasil ( São Paulo), People say more often "Saúde".

Salúd- Spanish

Gesundheit- German

they don't mean "bless you" they mean "good health"
but that's what you say when someone sneezes
