If you drink soda quit. You may not pay attention but that's nothing but empty calories and sugar. Eat smaller more frequent meals, that are healthier for you. You'd also be surprised how much weight you can lose by cutting out fast food. Bake food instead of frying, increase your fruit any veggie intake. If you snack on chips or anything like that replace them with carrots or some kind of veggie you like. Excercise as well. You will notice that with a change of lifestyle and change of habits you can lose weight. Don't skip meals or double up on food because you haven't eaten all day.

There is no quick way and if there was it wouldn't be healthy. Eat organics and natural foods only. Stay away from the preservative food and the foods with alot of sugar and dairy. Do the mini trampoline bouncer for 15 minutes a day. Walking for extras is good too. Also drink filtered water only. This organic diet works 100%. The weight truly stays off too. You can't gain the weight back as long as you eat healthy and sensible. The #1 success in losing wait is WILLPOWER to stay on track. Eating organics is also not a diet but a change of one's eating habits. Healthy alternative. Well wishes to your health & weight loss.

There is no fast way if you want to keep the weight off. Lower your calorie intake, eat salads, whole wheat and low fat foods.
No need for running, walking can have the same effect if you rarely excercise now. 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Works like a charm. I lost 15 punds in the month of January alone.
Good luck!

There is no such thing as quick and healthy. Push back from the table- avoid all junk food, eat only small amounts and alot of fruits and vegetables to keep the hunger away. Stay away from burgers and fries and all fattening foods. The sooner you start changing your diet the quicker the results.

Go to the health food store and get a recipe book that looks good. Start trying all the recipes and eat nothing but what is in the book. I lost 10 lbs that way without even trying. I only ate food from the health food store.

I lost around 50 lbs. Intensive running in the morning should take away your appetite and quiken your metabolism. Eat vegetables, fruit, water, whole wheat bread, chicken breast..etc. Basically healthy foods in small portions. It should also make your skin look great! It becomes easy when your on a roll.

Exercize, diet. Correctly it won't come off fast. Whats in your diet?Salt draws water, pasta stores, low cal., non-fat. No mid-night munching. MOVE,MOVE,MOVE. Plus, of course inheritance. Medical factors? Time to do some homework.
