To have have your sins forgiven by God and turn away from everything you know to be wrong, is the best thing. I speak from experience. I have been a Christian now for 37 years, and although things have not been easy for a lot of the time, I have had the strength and help to stand in time of trouble. I have a hope and a future, a fulfilled life here on earth, and a promise of a home in Heaven. Would you like to have the assurance of this too?

Without making that decision, everything else is and would have been null and void. Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I invite you to invite him in. It's simple and easy. Just acknowledge that you are a sinner, confess that you believe that Jesus is the son of God and that he died for your sins, and arose on the third day. Ask God to forgive you of your sins and to come into your heart. At that moment you are a born again believer. Start living a clean life, and don't turn back. You now have eternal hope beyond the grave-but only if you believe. Keep in company of other believers, it will be the best decision you have ever made.

Nope. The biggest decision I ever made was to find my own heaven here on earth. This gives me hope and a future. It also gives me the chance to commit acts of decency and kindness without reassurance of what may or may not happen to me after death solely because I want to do so. Does this promise of heaven extend to rapists and child molesters? If so, count me out...I'm perfectly happy on the journey I'm on.

You are free to live your life in fear of an imaginary place created by your hateful God if you are so weak minded as to believe the bible. The God I believe in is not capable of murdering the whole world except for people and animals on some Ark. That is absurd!!!!!!!

It's the best decision I ever made. I was taught as a child, and the lessons of Christ will carry you through anything in this life, and get you to the ultimate life with Him.

Stay Blessed!

It for us to know. Every day I walk around the city, and there in my face is man and woman controlled by the devil. And even though I have many faults and temptation gets the best of me, never will I side with Satan. Lots of these people are sided with him and don't even know it.

See, here is my problem with this - and all things like it. You have no proof - except your faith - that you are right. Why don't you leave people alone and let them make a few decisions for themselves. Tolerance is always the best path.

Amen.

"...stand in time of trouble."

I like that you said stand.

He tells us that we don't even have to overcome the evil - just stand against it.

Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

The most important decision I have to make is what I will wear to go out tonight. The gray shirt or the white shirt? Jeans or black pants?

I appreciate YOU telling ME what decisions are most important to ME, but next time don't worry about it - I'm quite capable or prioritizing.

It is the finger of God upon your soul.
It is His voice that you hear and recognize.
You are drawn to Him as helplessly as a moth to a flame.
There to die gloriously, or to be at least immolated.
Praise be God, the most Glorious and all Holy!!!
His name resounds throughout the ages, and mighty are His Works.
Open your eyes that you might see.
Open your ears that you might hear.
Open your mind that you might understand
Open your heart, that you might love.

Sorry, have to disagree with ya there. The most important decision is to know thyself. If you don't know yourself, then how can you know God?
