Just say: Ella tiene (her age) años de edad.
Example: Ella tiene 20 años de edad / She´s 20 years old.

We use the verb "to have" for age in Spanish and it makes no difference for gender: "Yo tengo 20 a~nos" El tiene 20 ~anos" ella tiene 20 a~nos.
Rarely do we use the complete statement" Tengo 20 a~nos de edad."

four = quattro
